I attached a tgc (hope it works) and screenshot.
It`s the nodes on the left side of the tree that create the feathering streams effect.
But my understanding of the blue nodes is quite limited. So there is a lot of playing around involved.
I am not even sure anymore if all the nodes are actually doing something and needed.
Maybe you can use it as a starter.
