Tangled-Universe

Such an original title, I know.
Many thanks to Oshyan for rendering this for me :)

Unlike on Facebook, here I post a higher resolution version.

Cheers,
Martin

Just because milk is white doesn't mean that clouds are made of milk.

Oshyan

It really is a lovely image. I still really like those sand ripples and the way they're lit. :D

A stunning image! Beauty and majesty combined, a fine piece of Art.

Great render, especially the sky is wonderful. I hardly dare say it, but I do think the rock is very black, though.

Yes the rock is very black and I see the conflict that it somehow feels unbalanced or incorrect, but it is correct.
The sun is at 1 degree and the atmospheric haze is increased which leads to an exposure for the sky.
From a photographic point of view this is really correct, heck, I even increased shadow brightness, otherwise the ripples would be much darker.
I do agree though that it might feel off.

Lovely image and very ballanced I think. I like the contrast of the black silhouette against the soft clouds and sand ripples. Simple and effective.

Really beautiful. The clouds are amazing.

Very nice. I do think the central pillar of the cloud appears slightly less real, a bit over-edgy and dense in relation to the density seen in the outer and lower portions. Possibly just to my eye.
