What's causing the Syntax loss in notes in TGCs?

When I load my highly noted shaders, the notes are just condensed into a single block of text...

I wasn't aware of this but I did some tests just now. In my tests, formatting was preserved when I used File -> Insert Clip file, but the formatting was lost when I used the context menu (right-click menu) in the Node Network. I'll find out what's causing it.

Actually it doesn't matter which method you use to insert the clip file. Inserting a clip file causes the file on disk to be modified, and the modified file has incorrect formatting which affects you the next time you insert it. I'll see what I can do to fix it.
