Hey so I made this mock-up in photoshop. It's not very good, especially around the text, but it's good enough for a general idea

You should be able to do that on Windows anyway by changing windows UI colors. The framework using NT window management from what I remember. I used to change the NT window colour scheme for Terragen. Now I just change my node network colours.

Update Regarding Above This registry changer doesn't include button backgrounds and some other UI elements so it's not complete.

Unless you're familiar witht the registry.
