I haven't done anything I felt that was post-worthy as of late, and this is as close as it gets for me.  I would like to be able to get a more of a "beach" effect around the outcroppings and wish there was an *easy* way to create foaminess at the shorelines.  But I think I got the color of the seawater pretty good.

Well, you can use the same basis of the rock outcrops for your foam. Smooth the outcrop mask a bit and use it to make beaches, and foam.
