Missing British Columbia hard :(

A little comp practice with a photo taken at a local beauty spot in Somerset that I felt could benefit from a few mountains.

For many, the mountains and background are going to be king. But for me that foreground is and completely amazing. Really, really great work.
The more I use Terragen, the more I realize the world is not so small.

the foreground is a photo :) He replaced the background with the mountains

This is why I really love Skagit Valley. The views are amazing. We're only about 50 miles south of B.C. We have closer foothills though.

PS the comp looks very good, actually. Fits well.

Looks up Skagit Valley, yep that looks very similar to the Somerset planes but with the addition of the mountains.
I do hope to get back soon ... fingers crossed!
