Curly Noise in Terragen

Is this possible to get in Terragen someday? I want to make photorealistic gas giants in this beast.

I feel like this could be implemented, and than set up and use the timeline to pick out a place in turbulence to render (for stills at least), and be great for stuff like fluid like clouds along surfaces (think fog).

Heck even warping running water surfaces lightly, or smearing voronoi for more convincing procedural bark for objects. I am seeing a lot of uses.
