Looks like a good start to me. I'd add some more color variation and (object) vegetation on the ground, and what's there looks very dark. Are you sure the textures loaded well?
And if you have the possibility to alter your model, I'd make a few version with differently rotated wings and mix the populations, as they all stand in the same position.
