As of right now, I am calling this a work in progress. There are some issues with the clouds and the tree distribution but here it is for now -- I need to get some sleep.  ;) Auto-leveled postworked. Terrain from Bigben.

Well, I wish my WIPs were this good. But beyond the tree distribution, I think they could stand to be a little smaller as well. The other thing I noticed was that the atmo haze seems to be obscruing the lower clouds, theres a funny orange line that shows up at the base. I'd personally add some sparse vegetation on the plateau too but that may come down to personal taste.

Mr_Spook

Wow, it looks stunning so far, but i think the clouds could use some more bubblyness like storm clouds would be, I agree with adding some vegetation on the plateau ,i think some dried out old logs would work well also like you would find in the bush.

Otherwise it looks great so far, I love the realism of the lighting and the rock texture if I didn't know this was a TG2 render i would be asking where you took the picture :D

Virex

the tree's are a bit to green and saturated, you might want to work on that. Also, the ground looks very dry, yet there are loads of trres growing? You might want to add some grass to the lower plateaus

dhavalmistry

I agree with Virex and also the the surfacing needs more color variation....everything else is superb!

The clouds look fine to me.  I'd only make them darker.  Storm fronts are usually full of RAIN.  :)
So this is Disney World.  Can we live here?

Cracking image! I think you've got the fine, small scale details of the rock absolutely perfect but the larger rock 'forms' seem to depend too much on the lighting for their definition. Maybe some colour variation based on a flow map/ erosion would improve that?...just a thought.

Seth

very realistic colours and light to me !!!
some work on the trees is needed but... good job dude

Besides the trees not much else looks wrong to me. Very nice cloud front by the way, I wonder if there is a way to create rain shafts.

PG

Cirrus clouds could be used to fake it I guess.
Figured out how to do clicky signatures

Mr_Lamppost

Looking good and as you say a WIP.

I can't quite put my finger on it but I agree that there is something not quite right about the trees.

You also appear to be suffering from the well known horizon through the clouds problem.
Smoke me a kipper I'll be back for breakfast.

The coloring of the trees is way too flat. They lack dimension. It could be that the leaves have translucency applied to them and there's just too much of it, or that for some reason the higher leaves aren't casting shadows on the lower ones. The angle of the sun almost looks like it could be bleaching out the shadows, but I'm not too sure of that.

Other than that, awesome.

Yeah, the cloud problem means that this one can't go final until the next update. The trees are,  as has been pointed out, to saturated. The color and scale variation isn't very good either. It is also probably a mix of the translucency and sun angle. It also needs some more details throughout the scene (such as on the plain). Thanks for the comments.
