Hi all. I was mucking around with PC Rock last night and came up with a boulder for you all to play with. I faffed around with it in Poseray a bit and textured it in TG. The texture is only a PF so you can change the colours etc. Be warned, this may well import huge, and I mean huge. You may well have to scale it  by 0.001ish across the board. Feel free to use and abuse.

Miles, what did you use to make the rock with, if you don't mind me asking? All I've ever been able to find are OS-X or UNIX based, or plugins for Maya or Max.

"They laughed at Galileo. They're laughing at me. Therefore I am the next Galileo."

Nope. Galileo was right for the simpler reason that he was right.

Hi there. It was made with a tiny dos window program called PC Rock (there is a version called Mac Rock if you use a mac) It can be downloaded free from http://www.laffeycomputer.com/macrock.html Its at the bottom of the page. Be warned about using very high complexity settings, it will grind your PC to an almost stop (complexity 9 , the heighest, will produce a boulder with approx. 5,242,880 polygons).
