Is it possible to add additional base colour nodes? I am following a tutorial and I see multiple base colour nodes inth enetwork, but cannot find how to add them.

Base colour nodes are just Power fractal shaders with different settings. If you really want to add more Base colour nodes, you can simply duplicate that node or create a new Power fractal shader and change the settings.

DOH!!! I didn't see the edit menu in the node network! I was looking for a copy/paste option in the context menu of the node itself. Thanks for making me open my eyes.
Perhaps that would be a nice feature for future release. Copy/Cut/Paste in the node context menus.

The Base Colours node is a specialized version of the Power Fractal node. There is no great reason to use multiple copies of it, although of course you can if you wish. I would recommend simply using normal Power Fractals instead.

Thanks. I got it now. I was blindly following node network images posted here. Need to think more about what Im actually doing.
