Hi Guys, i dont remember the exct post on which spoked about translucency;
I would like to show you my last: i use on fake stones layer the following shader order:
Lambert shader + a shader with low luminous + a reflective shader.
I think that some transucency effect is shown, btw i should try to a bigger object to have the right ideas of what setting use;
Any ideas to improve is welcome
Best Regards Max

I think they are more reflective/Luminous then Translucent

What does the lambert shader do?

The lambert shader applies translucency.  I agree the that stones in this image do look more reflective than translucent, but I can still sort of see some translucency.

Hmm thats strange, traditionally a "Lambert shader" refers to a material that is dull and has a low specular.  Usually its good for texturing things like cloth.  I guess the meaning is a little different in TG2.
