how can I remove the dots?
like in figure.

seems the photoshop plugin filter-->disturb-->add disturb   
I would like to make the cloud more fluid, more real, more wadding

You need to increase the quality of the atmosphere and perhaps the clouds, in the "Quality" tab of the settings window.
