The rotation order for camera and objects in TG2 is ZXY, which is Bank Pitch Heading. (X = Pitch, Y = Heading, Z = Bank.)
It may seem like it's in a different order if you've converted from a different coodinate system where Z is up, not Y. In TG2, Y is up. So in a source application where Z is up you would need to have that app's camera set to YXZ order (simply substituting Y for Z and vice versa in the above rotation order).
