Hi, I am beginner to use terragen, I want to create a object in terragen ie, car, ship...
how can i do this??

You can only add objects (models) in TG2, you can't do this in 0.9x version.

Terragen 0.9x is limited to just photo realistic landscapes as shown here http://www.planetside.co.uk/gallery/f/tg09 although post-processing a completed Terragen image into Photo shop or Paint shop pro enables layering of images as shown here as an example http://terraspace.deviantart.com/art/And-God-Said-MJ00-Seaescape-21081902

As for plug-ns for T0.9 an awesome resource is http://terrasource.net/

Now as PocupineFloyd stated TG 2 does allow for importing of objects as shown here http://www.ashundar.com/index.php?action=tpmod;dl=item434

I guess its all up to what you want to create.
