Hey all,
I've got a noob question...how on earth do you set up the painted shader? I'm not quite sure how to go about it.

There are a few ways to get started. I find the easiest is to find your loction in the 3d preview you want the mask to be, let it render to 80-100% and then hit the pause. Then you'll see a button near that with a P on it. Click that and start a new painted shader. If you go into the shader details you can adjust the brush size, falloff, flow etc. Paint and enjoy!

Lonewolf is almost right. The button you need has a B on it for Brush.
Howgh!

Hi guys,
One when my muse is visiting again (she's been gone a while!) I'll make an icon for that button :-).
Regards,

Ahhhhhh....I missed that little button. I've a knack for evading the obvious, thank you very much!

My computer screen must be too small, cause the arrow is blocking the lower part of the B.
Time for another upgrade.
