A little something I've been working on the past couple days... I'm really thinking of making a poster out of it...if my computer will cooperate. The models are Lightning's lush grass model 2 and the windwheel model available over at ashundar.

It's a nice set of colors going on there. Soften the silhouette somewhat and this will look very nifty.

efflux

Nice atmospheric silhouette render. Sky colours are good.

old_blaggard

Yeah, I really like the sky colors. I would try this with snow - I think that this could look great with the ground reflecting some of the sky, and it would provide the added bonus of throwing more light onto the scene. Just a thought to tinker with if you have the time :).

very nice colours !
good job

Saurav

Good looking sky, especially the colours. My only crit is the aliasing you can see from the borer between the grass and the sun, otherwise excellent.

Agree with saurav .... good one!

rcallicotte

I agree about the colors.
So this is Disney World.  Can we live here?

darthvader

Thanks everybody ;D The overly sharp grass is because I had the Catmull-Rom AA filter on, I'm gonna play with that setting to see which one is the best. I really like old_blaggard's idea about the snow, though it would take some thinkering considering how little ground is in the terrain

Might be worth turning on bloom. It was designed to deal with those bright pixel areas like you have around your grass in front of the sun. Great-looking scene as-is though.
