No Activation Key!!!

I got my order of Terrigen 2 with XfrogPlants yesterday and it came without an activation key. There are no instructions with the software and none answers any of the phones at either Planetside or Xfrog. Can anyone tell me a) how to activate my software, b) why no activation key was sent with my software, and c) if these companies seem to be reliable.

Sorry my first post is so pissed off, but I've now lost two days of work and this situation sucks.

Thanks for the help. The powers that be finally got a hold of me and apologized for the delay. They gave me a temp key until mine gets here.
