First, make sure you have connected the MOLA shader to the terrain network, the Compute Terrain at a minimum.
Also verify that you are loading the correct data type and resolution. TG2 supports 16, 32, 64, and 128 pixels per degree data. 128 pixel is the highest resolution data supported. There are lower resolution data sets but options for placing them on the planet are not currently provided. The file type you want is the IMG file. I'm not sure if the LBL files are used for georeferencing, but you might as well have them in the same directory.
Next, you should load the IMG file into the MOLA Map Shader. At this point it should load the data automatically. Depending on your camera position you may not see anything immediately, so I recommend zooming out so you can see the whole planet. You may also want to increase the Height Multiplier to make the terrain more obvious for testing purposes. Of course you would return this to 1 to maintain realism once you verified that it is working.
Let us know if you have followed all these steps and it's still not working.
