Seth

yes, very nice cracks !
realistic colours too

Hetzen

Another great texture. Looks like the Somme.

Henry Blewer

I wish there was a sense of scale. Otherwise, these are really good.
The cracks make me think the size of the forecrater is very small, but the water makes me think 1 or 2 meter diameter.

Forget Tuesday; It's just Monday spelled with a T

efflux

Great surface. It looks smaller scale than a crater.

Dune

Actually, they looks like dino footprints.

Aye, the scales are a bit large here. The near crater is actually 50m in diameter. Needs a bit of work yet, I just lifted the shaders from another shader test.tgd and laid them over the original scene(Crato) as they were.

Thanks for the input, WIP shaders.

Also, this one took about an extra 30% render time over the original Crato scene and that one has water in all the craters. It's still a very reasonable render time, though. On my old 1.35ghz, single core pc with 1GB RAM this one took something over 6 hours, Crato took 4. I desperately need an upgrade. I'd imagine that most of you could render this in a half hour to an hour.
Frank could probably render it in about 10 seconds on his i7! ;)

You sound like someone I know, Marginata! Does the phrase 'Guano-Loco' mean anything to you? Batshite-crazy! :D :D :D
