Hey guys.

I've been away lately, mostly due to some heavy real life schedule and a bit because of some creation wall I met lately.
But... after some dayyyys tweaking this and that, I decided to give some very atmospheric render and try some postwork.
Thanks for your comments :)

TheBlackHole

They just issued a tornado warning and said to stay away from windows. Does that mean I can't use my computer?

Gannaingh

Dang! That there picture really has mood! I like what you have done with the post-work.

RArcher

I like the atmosphere, light and clouds a lot!  Not as big a fan of the "crackle" effect though

Henry Blewer

I think the crackle is a little odd. If it was tighter, and applied to a object which simulated a plaster wall, it would work well.

too bad... i was happy of the "old photography" cracks :)
anyway here is a version without the cracks... not exactly the same but almost.

Oshyan

Much better without the cracks IMHO. Wonderful lighting on those clouds!

looks good, Franck, especially without the cracks ;)
It's a bit noisy but I reckon that has come out most while applying the postwork.

Cheers,
Frank

I'm glad you lost the post-worked cracked canvas. This excellent study of dramatic clouds stands perfectly well on its own two feet and doesn't need such ReRo-type embelishment.

I hope I realise I don't exist before I apparently die.

John has a unique lexicon which is wonderful to read. 8)

I Like it better without the cracks also. However it is your work. A landscape made by you would look sharp, even if it had a wild paisley print.

I like the last one Seth  :)

Only the mountain texture ( fractal ? )..it seems like  i have double vision. Do you know why it is so Seth ?

Cheers.

Kadri.

Seth

thanks for your comments guys !
@Kadri : yes I noticed that too, but it is not the result of the postwork, it comes from the raw render... I don't really know why it looked like that :)
