I know the small rock population may need to go...still, I like this image, especially the cloud that looks like a large wave or Tsunami coming over the horizon.... I used one of my old 2049 World Machine Terrains (Hollowed Hole 2006) and applied Voronai cracks on the cliffs surface layer from mhaze. (THANKS!) Suggestions, critiques and any and all comments are greatly appreciated. Please tell me what you think!  Thanks!
Happy Holidays to all!!!

With the variety of landforms and variation of geology we see on Earth, one would perhaps be surprised by what we will find when we finally visit some of the exo-planets. Nice one Mark.

Everything above the horizon is great. Love the colors too.
Does not seem to go at all with the terrain though.

I agree on colors. Both are very nice but they don't fit together.
Would keep everything above horizon and would try to soften colors on the ground (maybe with a haze)

Dune

I must agree with my predecessors; the sky and planets are awesome, but the terrain, mmm. More subtle, even just a rocky plane would be much better IMO.

TheBadger

To be clear I do like the terrain a lot. Just don't think the two parts go together. do not want you to think the terrain is a bust. Its just Its hard to see the two parts belonging in the same image.

I actually rather like this in whole, although it does remind me of a game with the exaggerated and somewhat simplistic terrain shape. But, as I say, I like it overall quite well. Very creative.

Neato mosquito!

I got to playing with mhaze's voroni clip file too.   :P Whew! It not so easy. It's fun to pop in a project, but I'm a klutz at tweaking it. Much respect to you.
