Description:
This tab has settings which control the smoothing effect of the surface layer. This effect will smooth the areas covered by the layer. There are limits to the ability of this effect however and, for example, it will not be able to smooth out particularly spiky underlying layers.
Settings:
- Smoothing effect: If this is checked the smoothing effect will be applied. The strength of the smoothing is controlled by the settings on the right. Larger values give greater smoothing.
