Terragen 2.3 is now available and includes a number of important new features. For the first time 64 bit versions are available, allowing for much more complex scenes on systems with more than 4GB of memory and a 64 bit operating system. Other features include a new colour picker and node palette. This update is free for all licensed users of Terragen 2!

Wow! Actually arrived as promised, maybe even earlier than expected. Great job, Planetside!

Unfortunately, the system upgrade to 64-bit ain't free... I will be curious to see whether any of the previously mentioned (slight) performance hits on 32-bit systems on v2.3 were mitigated in the end or if slower renders are still to be expected.

I have just one thing to say: Wahoooo!

Now it finally pays off that I bought that 64-bits system...!
Howgh!

Awesome, thanks Planetside.  Been busy so I've only been lurking forums occasionally but great to see this release is out.  Will need to fire up TG2 and play around with the 64bit awesomeness.

They just issued a tornado warning and said to stay away from windows. Does that mean I can't use my computer?

Great!  I see a 9% decrease in render time (current benchmark scene) with the x64 version.  :D
