Who needs Skynet ?
Pictured below is the initial production run of the worlds' first completely autonomous drone undergoing a final inspection before deployment. Manufactured by a trio of world_class military contractors, the QB-2 (Predator 2), has been shrouded in secrecy since it's inception. Very little is known about the UAV, but the conspiracy theorists are having a field day speculating.

There are 4 rumors that persist in these discussions, we will look at each one briefly.

1. AI- Thought to be the only functioning artificial intelligence that is in existence. It effectively removes the human interaction and intervention from the equation. All command decisions are made on the "fly", and can be made without second thought.
2. Powerplant- The propulsion system is rumored to be a plasma drive controlled by a very powerful magnetic field. There are no estimates of the power output of the system, as it is a classified specification.
3. Armament- Again, an unknown. Speculation is a particle based system that is also powered by the plasma field. It is thought to be able to tune to the vibrations of the target (including inantimate objects), so it leaves no trace of having been used. Not even a black smudge.
4. Stealth- There is more known about this aspect of the UAV than the others. Considered to be the first "active" camo in existence, the effect is similar to that seen in an old sci-fi movie "Predator". it makes the craft virtually invisible. It has earned the nickname "Auhnuld" on the conspiracy sites.

In a nutshell, the Predator 2 is a very powerful piece of machinery with no direct known purpose. Time will tell, as always. Coming soon to a neighborhood near you.

This started as a reflection study. I thought I would have a little bit of fun with it. ::) Thanks to raulc4d for the model.

Good idea to have a concept. This should be the case in anything Terragen, same as any other other 3D app.

This looks very good Yossam. You did a great job on the glass like surface. This is a good "man made" surfaces render.

On a side note. You guys playing with this model should not be giving the US government any more ideas . We got enough problems without flying AIs with nukes or lasers or whatever.
It has been eaten.

I'm sure the NSA has already seen this post. It contains some of the "key" words that trigger the red flag.  :P
