Our Terragen Accounts

I'm sure I'm not the only one who wonders this, but when I go into my new account page for my orders I see this - "You have not made any previous orders!"  lol  Well, I'd rather not have that in my records, if it's possible Planetside can verify in my account that I made the transactions and orders for the previous TG and TG2.  I hope to have an account that shows everything we've done.  Is this going to be possible? 

I'm not worried about anything else; just that your records will show I've been around and we made the deals.  I hope you understand this isn't an urgent request nor am I worried.  But, in a month or two, I will worry if the previous transactions aren't listed in My Account information. 

Hope you don't dig into about it now and I'll happily remind you later, if you like.  I know this new release is taking all your time, etc.  But, this is all part of good business and I expect it in the days ahead.
So this is Disney World.  Can we live here?

I think I remember reading that Oshyan had confirmed that your login doesn't currently show past transactions and it may\will get added in the future.

This is a completely new system, it's not intended to show past records at this time, only to give you the correct discounts for *future* purchases (well, and to give a better store experience overall, provide for multiple payment options in a single interface, a whole raft of other improvements for us in the back end...). We'll be very specific and clear about what it *does* do for the end user and if we ever add older records to it, we'll let you know. For the moment it's accomplishing its main purposes. :)  (we do of course maintain your old records, just in a different system that's not exposed to the user, nor easy to make so)

Hi, If we haven't recieved our updated account password yet should we email you or just wait a few more days?
I know from experience how busy and hectic things can be with a software release.

Please email if you haven't received your registration email. They all went out in a short period a couple days ago, they should have been received (or dropped into your spam folder :D) by now.

just noticed the "New User Details" message in my inbox, except the username isn't my name (real name), right email address just not my name.

i'm guessing this because i had Terragen was purchased for me, i didn't have a card at the time.
