Probably there is a foreign letter in that line. Open the .tgd file in text editor and find that line and delete any special font there. You have a big chance that it will handle it. Or u can upload it and I chk it for u

Then look up line 130 as I said and chk if there is any foreign letter or something. If 130 is the last line then delete all empty space under. It helped me once.
