And it's a very good Dalliance :)
Good variety and detail ... there seems to be a line a little above the car roof, I can't make out if it's a haze/atmo line or the bottom level of some cannopy thats all at exactly the same size ...

Thanks Richard, I was just testing a crop of the sandy edge and it seems to use different lighting...have to work on the sand colour and small displacement yet today and correct the lighting...right after guitar hour that is...

Couldn't stop myself and I nailed the sand. Thanks Matt for the lovely voroni PF, makes a lovely sand grain displacer...rendering now, be up in an hour or so...

Agree with Oshyan. And I like the "vehicle"! I once had two of them. It's like a Punch and Judy show on wheels! ;D ;D ;D

My pleasure, and off topic of cars; my render is at 1:08:08 for the last 1/2 hour...think it'll ever finish od should I just kill it, re-boot the computer and try again? see attachment

Killed it, re booted and decided to gather it to see if that makes a difference and found 5 missing textures...gathering I now feel is a must in a complex project as it's very easy to miss something that should have loaded correctly but for some reason didn't. It  was Walli's pine bush...never happened before.

looking promising, pre scan under 4 min by a hair at; Detail .5 AA 7 GISD 3 and 5

Next day...just had a BSOD, wonder if this never ending render is/was connected to the crash? Different project though.

I like all versions of this a lot! The background reddish trees just add to the frame IMHO. Great render!

Oshyan

Excellent Bobby, absolutely one of your best!

Thanks Oshyan...a bit of a struggle with colour but photoshop is my friend for finding the RGB to start from at least...the sand working out pleased me as much as any part, odd that. It was the last thing I did.

Thanks Hannes...onto a new room project inspired by your latest and set to render, went across the road for coffee and a toke and came back to find the  render halted so I clicked quit expecting the program to quit and got a BSOD...damn So my next post is to my tech dude...maybe he's got my other 16M of RAM as well.
