Nice render. One thing that strikes me is the way the geese and boat sit on the water. I think you should lower them a bit. And if you ever come across a problem with water sticking through the bottom of the boat, make a mask (SSS or painted), and add a (negative) displacement shader in the water line and plug in that mask.

Thanks, the boat & geese were added in Photoshop as I couldn't find any free model for it unfortunately.
