I must say I'm pretty much numb from this stuff. In other words I don't believe anything I hear and only half of what I see.
And, if it makes you guys feel any better this is what we have:

However, on the License agreement (the last thing you have to agree to before you can install TG) is this line: Should any other warranties be found to exist, such warranties shall be limited in duration to ninety (90) days following the date of delivery to you. In no event will Vendor's liability for any damages to you or any other person exceed the amount paid for the license to use the Software. Vendor shall have no obligation to provide technical support, maintenance, updates or other support for the Software.

So, what we have is "Matt's Word" and "90 Day Guarantee" for support and Updates.
If we do indeed receive the release as Matt said at the beginning of this Thread, that's Great! If not hey, I already used my 90 days.
