It doesn't really change anything, lol, Sketchup has been around for longer than TG2.

The best part is that the warehouse is entirely free and there are some incredible models in there. A lot of terrible ones, too, but that goes for everywhere else aswell, really.
I opened the sketchup scene, I could've saved the entire scene as an .obj but I think you'd rather just the house, most times Sketchup's plants and things are poor billboard objects.
The only editing was removing elements that I didn't want(simple click on item/face/surface and hit delete key). That was:- a terrain, an arbor, a path, fences, plants and trees.
I centred it as best I could to the default axis in Sketchup by simply selecting the entire object and moving it manually, I can't find a proper coordinate system to use in this program.

Finally, choose File>>Export>>3D model>>.3ds. It makes all the textures in the same directory as the model for a .3ds export. Import into poseray, visit export tab, select a location(a new folder) and save all to that(new image map copies too, I delete the originals after) to avoid having to reassign any textures in TG.
