Detail settings may be an issue, but while these are high, they are not what I would call excessive. That being said, it's not the whole story. I think the first thing you want to do is figure out if it may be memory-related, so you'd want to look at the Task Manager during rendering to see how high memory use is getting. Also, did you change the size of the Subdiv Cache? If so, that could be related, especially if preallocate is enabled. It would also be helpful to see a lower resolution render of the scene and to know whether there are any large object or texture map files being used.
