Still not my usual self but I'm sure I'll get there, someday. What matters is the spark came back. It took me a while to start reworking this one , blame it on the lack of concentration caused by that little voice telling "Now is the right time to take a smoke! Just do it, you'll feel better!"
The light: I think I found what was causing that dullness. There were some of those low clouds filtering the sunlight so another seed did correct that.
Putting the camera on an outcrop... Absolutely right, why didn't I think of that!
Not 100% happy with the composition but unable to find out what exactly is going on there except that it's a bit wobbly.
Vegetation distribution on the terrain features is very tricky, probably because they are made of negative crater shaders. I tried every trick I know to get control over the vegetation objects on top of these but nothing worked.... But thinking of it there must be such harsh conditions for trees on top of these features only very few trees would survive so the vegetation would be sparse anyway.
And John aka Schmeerlap: With the current prices for tobacco I could upgrade my system twice a year! 3 pouches of tobacco and the required cigarette papers in two weeks is over €20,- so that would be €750,- per year
