preview window issue

at times the image in the preview window will become all white and lake a crystal  image below it will revert back after a while or when i hit reset

also attached a copy of system specs dxdiag

It looks like your graphics card drivers may be very old (both for the onboard and the Nvidia card). Both indicate 2010 in your DXDiag. First thing to try would definitely be updating your drivers.
