errors when installing TG3.32030 update

My system is windows 7 home premium 64 bit.
When I run the update I get an error
"key not valid for use in Specified State"
Click "OK"
and then a screen pops up that says
"The installer was interrupted before Terragen 3 could be installed. You need to restart the installer again"

I've tried 3 times with the same results. Any suggestions?

That appears to be a general Windows error and not specific to Terragen 3. See here for example:

You can try the steps there, or perhaps see if there are any issues with the Windows Installer, check for an update for it, etc.
