Was actually a render I did for Renderosity Halloween contest back in 2010 (before I fully understood texturing, which is why the wooden cart looks so smooth).

Here is a little update only on the clouds. I think I made them way better than before imho.
Concurrently working on the foreground also but since I got a slow dual cpu right now it
goes veeery slow.

Like these clouds better!

The clouds are nice :) I'm still not entirely happy with the clouds' leaning shape, but how much can I ask for? :)
I suppose it's the warp(?) in the fractal which causes the leaning effect. In the background it's less, so I suppose you have warp enabled.
If you disable warp you will likely end up with a different cloud coverage.

What happens if you try duplicating the density fractal, disable warp in one of them and blend that one with the warped fractal?
The warped fractal then guides where the unwarped fractal should exist, so in *theory* the overall cloud coverage should be retained.
However, the unwarped version may have gaps where the warped version did not, so you may have to add another fractal to it or play with the seed button (of the unwarped fractal).

How does this cloud look with half the density or half the edge sharpness?

Thx TU. I will run some tests without warp and stuff and lets see. I will post the results.  :)

So here is a hi-res version. Looks pretty good. Well at least I like it. I did bunch of test with the clouds but did not like any of them so went back to original.
I will add more veggies especially some wild flowers.

I REALLY like the ground cover, but I am not very keen on these kind of clouds, to be honest. I would personally make a nice subtle sky and have the ground speak.

Thank you. I am also thinking since 2 days to make some different raining looking clouds also. I think I will do a version also.

Really good ground cover :)
Those clouds look crisp and clean like crazy, well done :)
As you know I'm not so keen on the shapes, but you could indeed also consider a different type of cloud as Ulco suggested.

I like it that I see if someone sticks to his render to improve it, that it *does* improve. Like here.
Many out here do "hit and run" renders and thus progress is slow, if not absent.

Thanx TU.
Yes I also like the ground but not sure if I am done with it. I mean I still want to add some wild flowers to see how they look.
Well I love these fluffy clouds. Especially as they have a nice 3d effect at least for my eyes.  :D
Otherwise I will try to do another version with rain clouds. Perhaps I can figure out how to apply here the rain technique that I saw recently.

I think these clouds are great but it's easy to get stuck in an image when you've invested a lot of time in in it.  Trying out different clouds maybe a good idea you just have to try it out.  Dune suggested I add a vortex of clouds to my latest picture - I've spent several days trying to make it work(without success) but I've learnt a lot doing it.

Thx. Yeah same here. I good great ideas from TU to try but I didn't liked the end products so I went back to square 1. But I definitely learned something new out of it so it was great! :D
