I've got the full version of T2 - looking forward to the new release of course - but am wondering:  Are there any shaders out there that I could try as samples?  I see the terrain's on this site, but can't find any good examples of some nice, realistic looking ground.  I'm trying to just to a close up of some desert like area.

You won't find anything quite that easy, but if you go to the File Section and look around or just do a search in this thread, you'll find all kinds of understanding and even TGCs and TGDs to use to learn.  I think it might be better to try the introductory tutorials, if you haven't already.
So this is Disney World.  Can we live here?

Here's a few projects(15) that I shared a while back. There's a few ready to go shaders that can be dropped into most scenes. This is vol.1 and vol.2, I aways said I'd do some more aswell... Maybe I'll get round to it soon, I already have the vol.3 folder on my computer, it's just not quite ready yet...

They're hosted at Terragen.org, not here but links are provided in this thread. http://forums.planetside.co.uk/index.php?topic=4922.msg51183#msg51183

Hope some of them help. There's instructions, too, by the way. :)

We have a considerable download repository over at www.terragen.org if you want to take a peek. There's some helpful stuff there.
http://www.terragen.org - A great Terragen resource with models, contests, galleries, and forums.

Also a good supply of Terragen ready models if you need them.
