Hey Milesy.  Put the money in that bank account like a good fellow and we won't release the farm animal set.  ::)

Update: For those near a Microcenter store, they've got a fantastic deal on a very nice Dell Core i7 (basically cheaper than equivalent parts):

It's in-store pick-up only, so you have to be near one of their US locations, which I fortunately am (Santa Clara). I've got mine humming along beside me now, cranking away on animating that 4.7 trillion triangle scene. ;D

Oshyan, are you using an ATI card?  If so, notice any problems, etc.?
So this is Disney World.  Can we live here?

I was always an NVidia kinda guy but my current beast of a desktop has an ATI card, a 2900HD pro, which has been good to me.  i've barely noticed any problems in games and such, terragen wise its always been good to me.  Generally if i hit an issue in a game, a simple driver update fixes it.  Though there was once where I updated my drivers, they had a bug in them where the top left pixel of your screen was always white, which annoyed me so i had to downgrade for a month or so until i checked again.  They do update their drivers often though.

For those in the UK, I've had one of these running for the last few weeks, and it's been pretty solid.

Yep, ATI Radeon 4670, as shown on the specs of the Dell I linked above. So far, so good! Had an nVidia before.

Thanks Oshyan.  I never had great luck with ATI.  Jury is still in recess.   :D

ATI used to be better before AMD bought them out. But, recently they have been improving.
