There *is* an SDK, that's what Daniil made his erosion node with. If anyone is interested in implementing e.g. NGPlant in Terragen, get in touch with us (support AT planetside.co.uk ).

What is the SDK/Terragen written in again?  I doubt it's something I know, but may be something I can interpret and quickly reference to learn or even port too.
