My Terragen-Maintenance has renewed itself automatically yesterday. So far so good, but I haven't received a new license key yet and Terragen shows in the license information: "Maintenance days remaining: 0". Already last year there were problems, until Oshyan finally had to issue me a new key manually. But this should happen automatically, right?

I'm looking into this now. Somehow your subscription payments have become disengaged from your license. I'll resolve this and get back to you as soon as possible.

Your license key beginning with 'a1f' is working and shows a maintenance date of 2021-05-16. This is the license that was generated with your original 2018 maintenance purchase.

The newer license that was generated manually last year (beginning with '236') was not updated.

Please download a new license key for the license beginning with 'a1f'. You can find the full license code in your online account at https://planetside.co.uk/my-account/ and then generate the key file at https://planetside.co.uk/key-file-for-terragen-4/
